Window Cleaning, tuned to Aurora

Local window cleaning done properly

Aurora's glass runs the full range, from the wood-sash, divided-light windows on the century homes around Aurora Village and Wellington Street to the tall two-storey panes in the Hills of St. Andrew and newer Petchville builds. Old glazing does not want harsh chemicals, and high windows do not want a wobbling ladder. Our purified-water poles clean both from the ground and dry spot-free, because the water carries no minerals to leave streaks. Every pane gets the same careful, private-commission treatment, inside frames and all.

Streaks come from what dries on the glass, not just how you wipe it. We clean exteriors with purified water that rinses spot-free and leaves nothing behind, then hand-detail interiors with a squeegee, frames, sills, and screens included, so the whole window disappears, inside and out.

Why Horizon BrightWorks

What Aurora homeowners get with our window cleaning

Purified-Water Exterior

Our water is filtered to zero minerals, so it rinses clean and dries with no spots, even in hard-water areas, without soaps or residue on the glass.

Hand-Detailed Interiors

Interiors are squeegeed and detailed by hand, with frames, sills, and tracks wiped down, the parts a quick wash usually skips.

Property Protected

We work off ladders and poles with care, protect your landscaping and interior finishes, and leave the site exactly as we found it.

Signs You're Due

When Aurora homes book window cleaning

  • Hard-water spots or a cloudy film the garden hose can't remove
  • Streaks and haze left by a previous clean or a rushed job
  • Upper-storey or hard-to-reach windows you can't safely do yourself
  • A storefront or entrance where first impressions matter
  • Screens, sills, and tracks that never seem to come fully clean

About Aurora

The homes and weather we work in

Aurora sits about 48 kilometres north of downtown Toronto, tucked into central York Region between Newmarket to the north and Richmond Hill to the south. Part of the town rests on the Oak Ridges Moraine and the rest is ringed by the Greenbelt, which is a polite way of saying the ground here holds water, the winters bite, and the trees have had a long time to grow. All three of those facts show up on the outside of your house. Horizon BrightWorks works Aurora for exactly that reason: window cleaning with purified water, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting are three different answers to the same local conditions.

The town grew outward from one intersection. The first house went up in 1795 near Yonge Street and Catherine Avenue, the settlement was called Machell's Corners, and by 1888 it had become a town of a couple thousand. That long history is still legible in the housing stock. Around Aurora Village, the downtown core at Yonge and Wellington, you find century homes with wood sashes, deep eaves, and divided-light windows that a squeegee alone never fully satisfies. Push west toward Cherry near Ridge Road and the lots open up. Head into the Hills of St. Andrew, the 1980s development up by Bathurst and St. John's Sideroad, and the homes get bigger, the rooflines steeper, and the glass a good deal taller.

Good to Know

Window Cleaning in Aurora: FAQ

Do you offer window cleaning in Aurora?

Yes, window cleaning is one of our three signature services, and Aurora is part of our York Region & Simcoe South service area.

What is purified-water window cleaning?

The exterior is cleaned with water filtered to zero minerals. Because there's nothing dissolved in it, the glass rinses spot-free and dries clear with no soap residue, which is why it stays cleaner, longer, than a traditional wash.

Do you clean interior windows too?

Yes. Interiors are hand-detailed with a squeegee, and we wipe frames, sills, and tracks. You can book exterior-only, interior-only, or both.

Can you reach upper-storey windows?

We reach most second-storey and hard-to-access glass safely with water-fed poles and ladders. If a window genuinely can't be reached safely, we'll tell you before we book, not after.

How do I book window cleaning in Aurora?

Call (647) 898-6284, email horizonbrightworks@gmail.com, or send the quote form. We respond within one business day.
