Christmas Lighting, tuned to King City

Local christmas lighting done properly

King City winters are long and genuinely dark, and a lit home carries a long way across an open estate lot. We design and install holiday lighting to fit the actual house: rooflines outlined cleanly, mature trees along the drive wrapped, and a front portico or pillars framed so the approach reads from King Road or Dufferin. We hang it, keep it working through the season, then take it down and store it after the new year. All you do is decide what you want lit and enjoy the result.

The best holiday displays aren't a box of lights and a cold afternoon on a ladder. We plan your display in a design app so you see it first, install commercial-grade lights custom-fit to your rooflines, maintain them through the season, then take everything down and store it, so all you do is enjoy the view.

Why Horizon BrightWorks

What King City homeowners get with our christmas lighting

Designed Before It's Installed

We plan your display in a design app so you can see the look on your own home before a single clip goes up: rooflines, peaks, trees, and walkways.

Our Commercial-Grade Lights

We supply commercial-grade lights custom-fit to your home, not fragile big-box strings: brighter, tidier, and built to last the season and beyond.

Maintained, Removed & Stored

If a run goes dark, we fix it. At season's end we take everything down and store it, so your garage stays yours and next year is even easier.

Signs You're Due

When King City homes book christmas lighting

  • You love the look but not the ladder time or the tangled boxes
  • Steep or high rooflines you'd rather a trained crew handled
  • Last year's big-box strings faded, failed, or won't fit this year
  • You want a designed, cohesive display instead of a patchwork
  • You'd rather store nothing and start fresh-looking every December

Our Process in King City

How christmas lighting works with us

  1. 01

    Design

We map your display in a design app (rooflines, peaks, trees, walkways) so you approve the look before we build it.

  2. 02

    Install

Commercial-grade lights are custom-fit and installed cleanly, with clips and runs done to last the season.

  3. 03

    Maintain

If anything goes dark during the season, we come back and put it right. That's included.

  4. 04

    Take Down & Store

After the holidays we remove everything and store it, ready to go for next year.

About King City

The homes and weather we work in

King City started as a village called Springhill and grew into the largest community in the Township of King, roughly forty kilometres north of Toronto. It sits on the southern slope of the central Oak Ridges Moraine, a band of rolling hills and clustered temperate forest that also sends water down into the headwaters of the Humber River. Keele Street splits the community into its two wards, and most of the older estate lots run off King Road, Dufferin Street and Bathurst. Homes here tend to be large, set well back from the road, and framed by mature maple and pine. That combination of glass, height and trees is exactly what we spend our days on.

Big houses on the moraine come with big windows. Two-storey great rooms, transoms over front doors, and walls of glass facing the back forest are common on the streets around Eversley and Snowball. All that light is the point of the house, and it only reads as light when the glass is actually clean. We clean windows with a purified water system, which rinses off the film that ordinary tap water leaves behind and lets panes dry without spotting. On tall frontages and awkward gable windows that would be a stretch off a ladder, the fed pole reaches them from the ground. No streaks, no mineral haze, and no boot prints across a King Road flowerbed.

Christmas Lighting in King City: FAQ

Do you offer christmas lighting in King City?

Yes, christmas lighting is one of our three signature services, and King City is part of our York Region & Simcoe South service area.

When should I book holiday lighting?

Early. The best installation dates in November fill up fast, so reaching out in early fall locks in your spot and gives us time to design the display properly.

Whose lights do you use?

Ours: commercial-grade lights supplied and custom-fit to your home. They're brighter and more durable than big-box strings, and you're not left storing or replacing them.

What's included in the service?

Design-app planning, installation, in-season maintenance if anything goes out, and takedown with storage at the end of the season. It's fully managed end to end.

How do I book christmas lighting in King City?

Call (647) 898-6284, email horizonbrightworks@gmail.com, or send the quote form. We respond within one business day.
