About King City
The homes and weather we work in
King City started as a village called Springhill and grew into the largest community in the Township of King, roughly forty kilometres north of Toronto. It sits on the southern slope of the central Oak Ridges Moraine, a band of rolling hills and clustered temperate forest that also sends water down into the headwaters of the Humber River. Keele Street splits the community into its two wards, and most of the older estate lots run off King Road, Dufferin Street and Bathurst.
